There is a newsgroup sci.engr.analysis dedicated mainly to FEA and related
methods.

There are also 2 mailing lists:

1) FEA-L:    To get on this list:
             Send email to listserv@sailor.itis.com
             First line of the body of the message should contain the statement
                SUBSCRIBE FEA-L

2) feusers:  To get on this list:
             Send email to mailbase@mailbase.ac.uk
             First 2 lines of the body of the message should contain
