About

Hi! My name is François Rottenberg. I am currently a Postdoctoral Researcher, affiliated with Université catholique de Louvain (UCLouvain, Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium) and Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB, Brussels, Belgium), supported by the Belgian National Science Foundation (FRS-FNRS).

I obtained the PhD degree in electrical engineering in 2018, jointly delivered by UCLouvain and ULB. My thesis is about the use of a new waveform for next generations of wireless and optical fiber communications. My thesis advisors were Prof. Jérôme Louveaux (UCLouvain) and Prof. François Horlin (ULB). In 2018-2019, I was with University of Southern California (USC, Los Angeles, U.S.A.) working with Prof. Andreas F. Molisch and coordinating the project on channel estimation and modelling for Massive MIMO systems, in collaboration with Samsung Research America.
