Frenay, Prof. F. Lambotte, Dr. Magali Paquot &amp; Prof. V. As such, the\nresearch assistant will be working with researchers from the Centre for English\nCorpus Linguistics (<a href=\"https:\/\/uclouvain.be\/en\/research-institutes\/ilc\/cecl\">https:\/\/uclouvain.be\/en\/research-institutes\/ilc\/cecl<\/a>), the Social Media Lab (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialmedialab.be\/\">https:\/\/www.socialmedialab.be\/<\/a>), the Interdisciplinary Research Group in\nSocialisation, Education and Training (GIRSEF, <a href=\"https:\/\/uclouvain.be\/fr\/chercher\/girsef\">https:\/\/uclouvain.be\/fr\/chercher\/girsef<\/a>), the Center on Consumer Relations and Responsible\nMarketing (CERMA, https:\/\/uclouvain.be\/en\/research-institutes\/lourim\/cerma) and\nthe Centre for Natural\nLanguage Processing (CENTAL, <a href=\"https:\/\/uclouvain.be\/fr\/instituts-recherche\/ilc\/cental\">https:\/\/uclouvain.be\/fr\/instituts-recherche\/ilc\/cental<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Job description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The research assistant will provide support to the project team by\nperforming a variety of tasks such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Data pre-processing: anonymization, normalization<\/li><li>Data structuring: linking up different data types (forum posts, user\nprofiles, learners\u2019 questionnaires, logs, etc.)<\/li><li>Data enrichment: part-of-speech tagging, language recognition, topic\ndetection, etc.<\/li><li>Data analysis and visualization<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The research assistant will also work in close\ncollaboration with the CENTAL to provide access to the compiled corpus via a\nuser-friendly online concordancer.
