Projection of the movie “La Traversée” at Festival GO Future 2023 with debate in presence of Gilles Denis and Nathan Goffart, explorers of Nanok Expedition in Greenland. During the part in kayak of their ice triathlon, the explorers collected water samples close to the ice sheet to study the influence of dust exposed by ice melt, and the release of nutrients in water. The water samples are currently analyzed at UCLouvain in the team of Sophie Opfergelt (Press Article L’avenir). Nanok Expedition is at the initiative of a large scientific collaboration between the Royal Observatory of Belgium, UCLouvain, ULB, ULiège (Belgium) and GEUS (Denmark).
