The lectures will take place at the Institut de Recherche en Mathématique et Physique in room CYCL01 (Auditoire Charles de la Vallée Poussin) of the Cyclotron Building (2, Chemin du Cyclotron Louvain-la-Neuve). Click here for a map, on which the green arrow points to the building's main entrance.
The town Louvain-la-Neuve, located in the Belgian province Brabant Wallon, is the main site of the Université catholique de Louvain. The summer school will take place at the
Louvain-la-Neuve is easily reachable by car (via the E411) or by train from Brussels Airport (via Bruxelles/Ottignies/Louvain-la-Neuve Université.
A light meal will be offered to the registered participants at the Caféteria of the Institut de Recherche de Mathématique et Physique (on Thursday from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.).
The conference dinner will take place at the Restaurant Le Fellini on Friday 13 September at 8 p.m. The restaurant is located in the centre of Louvain-la-Neuve. The address is Grand Rue 17.
A member of the organising committee will walk to the restaurant from the Cyclotron (the place where the Summer School takes place), leaving from the main entrance of the Cyclotron at 7.45 p.m.
If you wish to participate in the conference dinner please let Marino Gran know by Tuesday 10th September. A contribution of 20€ has to be paid upon registration on Thursday morning (cash, no credit card accepted).
We shall help the participants staying in Wavre to reach their hotel after the conference dinner.
