Multiscale community detection:
Partition Stability
Partition stability, introduced in [PNAS
2010], allows to find the community structure of a
large graph at all scales from finest to coarsest.
A fast algorithm with an easy Matlab interface, coded by
Michael Schaub et al, allows to recover those communities
and test their robustness. It can be downloaded from github
or on Mauricio
